2 1/2 years full time Biggest problem was the hanger bar and shelf in bed room closet collapsed. Sliding door to closet had the screws in the hanger pull out ( 2 - 1 1/2 “screws holding it replaced w/ 3” deck screws , kitchen faucet dripped around handle replaced part under warranty I did installation., Samsung refrigerator door adjustment ,warranty thermocouple on oven went bad. Recall on furnace (fiberglass heat shield) warranty . Furnace circuit board warranty, mobile service. It is easier for me to do minor repairs than to take it to dealer for service.
