I agree, I am sure they don't know exactly how to do it. There are so many unknowns with this that they are somewhat guessing. I think the approach laid out was a fairly good one. We need to move ahead slowly and deliberately as to not have a set back, but we need to move forward and start getting back to somewhat a normal life.
