You are correct. This is lousy customer service. I guess it's always easier to blame the customer than make a good customer by helping a guy out. Axles just shouldn't bend or deflect this easy. You spend as much if not more on a RV than a truck and with the truck the manufacturer will stand behind his product for 3/36. Keystone I guess it's 3 minuets or 36 seconds which ever comes first.
