Had son in laws Caddy in for service. The GMC dealer has a special rack, 1st the cab goes up then the front clip. Both are high enough to work on, around, or under the truck. Easy engine removal too the mechanic said. He also stated it was easier and faster to pull them in pieces like that than to get it all up at once.
