Ditto on my 3731, door opened down, ordered a new one and installed it correctly. I'm an owner of a Millwright & Piping company, we call this shabby work a "Bitch Cut", all my screws were installed though. Lot's of "Bitch Cuts" on most RV's. Good thing for trim, caulk and silicone
