OK replaced the breaker with a new one - same model number etc. Still trips half the breaker, now only the other side. Bedroom AC still running well. Looks like a trip to the repair shop. We were planning to leave for 6 weeks to Montana on Wednesday. I had a feeling this wouldn't be an easy fix.
