We had a mobile tech out to our campground when we were on a long trip out west last year. We booked him ahead of time because we know these people are busy. It was just a few minor issues we wanted attended to.

I asked the guy if he found any one brand to be of a better quality than any other brand. His reply was that no, they are all pretty similar as far as that goes. He said it used to be different, but not any more.

Having said that, we do find the Montana to be a better quality than the Crossroads, but we did pay quite a bit more for the Montana than the Crossroads product. I think it also helps if you have knowledgeable people who can service and repair it for you. We are very lucky that not only is there a good dealership in our area (not the one we bought from, by the way), but also an independent repair facility nearby. We bought from a dealer about seven hours drive from here.
