The stops are held on with 1/4 pop rivets. Mine were loose and I don't let my drawer slide back hard. Cut heads off pop rivets with cold chisel. Just dug around in my coffee can. Found the same fix cruzerdoc is doing - nylon lock nuts. Mine were loose also. 30 minute job...
