When the trailer manufacturer used those Original Equipment tires they locked-in a minimum load capacity requirement. That's because tire industry standards require replacement tires to have a load capacity equal to the OE tires. There are zero 16" LT tires with that load capacity capability.

If you're fully committed to the Goodyear manufacturer you could consider their G114 17.5" low platform trailer tires. They come on many RV trailers with 8000# axles. But, your savings account might balk...LOL!
