We took a similar trip in the fall of 2014. One of the highlights was Page, AZ, which is at the top of the state, near the middle, on Lake Powell.

The most interesting thing to see there is Antelope Canyon, of which there is Upper and Lower. We did Lower in 2014, and went back for the Upper this summer. This is an amazing place! Bring a camera or smartphone. Look it up online.

Horseshoe Bend is nearby, and is worth a visit and some pictures.

We stayed at Page Lake Powell Campground. It is clean and well maintained.

Other things worth seeing and doing are:

Durango Silverton Railroad

Cumbersome Toltec Railroad (Chama, NM)

Million Dollar Highway north of Silverton

Telluride, CO

Mesa Verda National Park.

If you are coming to the rally, look us up. We can share pictures and more information.
