Thanks for the discussion and ideas

I guess I’m just a lot more comfortable with metal work than most folks based on my welding and oilfield background.

I was looking at this not so much from what material to use but rather from how to make tanks, plumbing and wiring more accessible. Plus what would give the cleanest appearance and be the most durable. 4x8 sheet Aluminum, thick enough to be rigid but not so thick as to add significant weight painted at least on exposed side with undercoating and braced with square tubing seemed like a logical choice for me.

Main reason to consider this is coach is not cooling well and I was considering removing corplast to install additional insulation of some type under the unit as well as modifying some of the plumbing. Just seemed logical to at least consider something superior to the saggy corplast......
