I heard several people on here recommend sharkbite. Also the guy at Home Depot loved them and said he wished they have been invented 50 years ago!! HD had a demo pex pipe on the wall with a shark bite and the removal tool. Just slide it on firmly and you can yank on it all you want. Slide on the removal tool and press a bit and it all slips right off. I did it on my recent install with no problem. Oh, and I bought a cutter tool and it went thru the pex like butter. MUCH easier than trying to use a utility knife or a hack saw.
