Having just sold my 39 ft. Alpine in October I can weigh in on the quality. Both are rated luxury fifth wheels by Keystone. I haven't gotten my Montana yet so I can only talk about the Alpine. I had minor issues with cosmetics, such as molding coming lose and things like that. Nothing major happened during the 3 years I had it. Layouts and interior look on the Montana appeals to me more than the darker reddish wood look on the Alpine interior. I think you get more little things for your money with the Alpine, and generally it's a little less expensive than the Montana. Personal preference is the bottom line. Compare the features, such as tires and other standard items. The Alpine has a better G range tire. I haven't done any recent comparisons other than that.
