I Just want to pass along a bit of information to my fellow members. I Purchased our 2013 Big Sky at Walnut Ridge RV located in New Castle, Indiana. I opted to purchase the extended warranty ( I usually do not waste my money) they offered. The company they spoke so highly of, N. Compass RV (now known as PreseRVe ), is horrible do not waste your hard earned money !! I really have not had any major components to repair or replace, thank god, but I recently have had items break and as usual the warranty company is denying payment. The items are not on the list of exclusion parts and they still refuse to cover the parts. So in short stay away from this company and if anyone is going to Walnut Ridge, don't let them sell you this bunch of BS !!
