My stove LP regulator failed. Stopped by the closest RV service place. The did not have a replacement, but the repair guy suggested I remove the stove regulator and straight line the LP gas line to the stove. He said the stove regulator was redundant since there is a regulator at the LP tanks and thats what he does if there is a problem with the stove regulator.

Any thoughts about eliminating the stove regulator?
