I find it hard to understand why my dealer ( Mike Tompsons RV ) cant get parts for my Montana in a timely fashon.
I have been waiting for four months for a simple part for my draps in the bedroom slide area.
I could have make the parts by now, but I ordered them from the dealer with no results so far.
Why cant we order direct from Keystone and elimate the middle man from this MAZE of, "When or never get my parts."
A credit card order would generate money for the company much quicker than waiting for the month or more for payment from your distribtors. my money is more reliable and quicker than there's.
