Window sealant residue on fiberglass--(Removing)

Each time we wash our 5er I notice a several places on each side next to a window frame that don't come completely clean. Each one starts next to the frame and extends out several inches. They look like a place where a gob of sealant sqeezed out from behind the frame as it was installed and then were removed with a putty knife leaving a almost transparent smear several inches long.

I would like to remove them but havn't decided which cleaning product may work the best and be safest to the filon finish. Anybody got suggestions/experience to share.
