Not always a height issue. Our Montana is same height from front to rear and the A/C units are the same size for both. Only our rear unit has the HP.

I already did the side to side switch of the tanks and get the same result. That should have ruled out tank(s). I think replacing the regulator/switchover would be more cost effective than tech labor.
