Typically somewhere on the ceiling in the bedroom. Could be on the wall. My AC was blowing cold air right on to it an the AC compressor would shut off.

Put some tape over the sensor .. Run it and see what happens. Mine did the same thing. Short cycled. Tape worked. Control boards are on each unit above the cover.

I have had similar interesting experiences over the years with different rigs. Safety is such a big deal I simply spend 250 bucks and every 10 to 15,000 or so just replace the whole brake assemblies...
