It is a shame that no matter how much you "PDI" that these problems, small and severe, come up at the most inconvenient times and the customer has to deal with getting the resolution to the problem....

Problems like this are a major pain no matter how small the fix. Hope the downtime is not long with this time of the year. I can imagine how you feel with the first trip and having these problems....
