Ours seems to be working fine. We have the same unit and it is also a 2018 model. Had a few small problems but not the air.

Big thanks. I am hearing more and more it is an old problem. The new wisper quite units are more efficient.

I am hearing that the new air conditioners, dual wisper quiet, doesn't keep the unit cool. Any truth to that.
