Yes. The outlet are located in the ceiling of the upper cubby shelf. One on each side. If you is them be SURE you remove anything plugged into them before raising the bed.

Not sure about everyone else but mine has locking holes on the top of the L brackets. Just put a lock through then hole and it blocks the swing arm handle from moving.
