noise when slides move in and out

When we put our slides in and out they squeak even though we have sprayed with silicone lubricant. They have a racketing sound mainly the big slides.

front jacks gears stripped out

We went to raise our 3400RL and the gears were stripped out. It would just make a racheting sound and not move. Anyone else have this problem and how did you fit it. Thanks Pathfinder
