Run it on high and it should be ok.
If it still freezes you have a leak and will need to be serviced.

Yes if it’s a ducted unit then you’re going on the roof to remove cover.
If the through the ceiling the bolts are inside.

Steve a quick help not the fix is just pop off the vent covers. This allows so much more air flow. They are kinda hard to get off the first time and you’ll think it going to break but will come off....

Does anyone know if the front cap thatís glass is automotive glass?
While cleaning bugs I found a small chip. It doesnít have spider legs, yet.
