The ground connection in your 7 pin may be bad on the trailer side. You can use a voltmeter or test light to check for a good connection through the 7 pin.

Would start with cleaning and checking your 7 pin connector between the truck and rig. WD 40 works well to do that. Would also look at your ground connections.
