I cannot find a f-350 with that engine in it- where did it come from. All i see is 6.8,or 7.3 in gas.

The wire to the step light is gray and yellow strip. I move the wire from the scare light switch to the porch light switch. Quick fix!

I assume from reading posts that you need one thermostats per air unit?? My existing thermostat does both units but is a pain to get working correctly.

Sure sounds like your battery disconnect switch...

Sure sounds like your battery disconnect switch is off- should be around the batteries. All 12v appliances should work when not plugged to 120V

the wire that feeds the step light is gray w/yellow tracer I believe. I moved it from switch(scare light) to the porch light switch. Works now in tandem with porch light.

Colo hwy 6 goes up over the divide. At the top is loveland pass about 11,500 ft +/-. Not a great route in my opinion.
