Had the same problem last year, turn out to be resettable fuse. Took me three day to figure that one out. Just remove black fuse and replace with 15 blue.

I don’t always completely extend or retract slide, but when I do I Always hold the button for a second or two after it is fully extend or retracted. It syncs the two motors.

Problem with this newer rigs is that there are a lot of parisitic leaks. Everything from the radio on standby, to the fantastic fans, to the TV antenna booster, and who know what else. :facepalm:

Had the exact same thing happen to us this weekend. Frame holding drawer was just stapled together. It was hanging on 4 small wire staples, no wonder it came apart.
