welcome to the forum! Ours works as others have stated, but many of us have dumped the hose and only use the vacuum kick plate for sweeping the floor. Many of us use a Shark for actually vacuuming....

Don't quite understand what you are asking. Electric campsites can have 20amp, 30amp, 50amp service or all at the same time, but they are all 120v.

If that doesn't work, make sure it's not running back down the line from the backflow preventer. Some have replaced them and others of us have eliminated it altogether.
