I have a 329rlt mountaineer and I have yet to find the handle or hole. I found out that it is open when I emptied the other tanks. When I took the cap off the outlet out came the galley water.

Thanks for all the good advice. I think I'll just watch the temp while I'm driving and maybe if its cold enough I'll stop and fire up the furnace.
