Are you sure your black tank valve is closing all the way after dumping, if it does not completely seal off and the black tank looses water, it will create a dry pack, at least that what we call it...

We have the Geostar 574 on our 3800 with 10k plus miles on them, as Jimmy said, peace of mind, no signs of wear at this point . Sure the Goodyear 614 is a great tire but really think they are over...

You say you jacked up the wall then re welded the sides, in my opinion I do not think the wall is the issue it is a main goose neck frame issue. I feel the frame is flexing upward and breaking away...
