I have had this happen when I filled the tank....

I have had this happen when I filled the tank. Then as the weather warms up the pop off valve starts to bleed off the pressure. Turning the valve off will not stop it. That could be your problem.

I have filled ours and it holds 66 gallons. I have one of those meters and mine is off. I have the Sea level gages so I had to calibrate it. I put one gallon at a time and it holds 66 gallons.

I cleaned mine with a wire brush then coated them...

I would purchase the panels that had the highest voltage that can fit on your rig. You will get more gain out of your MPPT controller. They now have controllers that can manage the high voltage.

I prefer the gravity feed. Had it on two trucks and never a problem. I have known those that had the pump go bad. When that goes wrong you cannot pump fuel into your main tank.
