Your 4 in hose at the back is your fresh water tank drain. It just has a screw off cap. If you are trying to winterize there is more involved than simply opening the low point drains....

You didn't say if you have just plugged into 110 or it had been hooked up for awhile. If you had just plugged in, your batteries may have been way down on charge and your converter was overloaded...

Agree with Don, the kick plate to pull out swept up dirt works well. For anything else, bring along a battery powered stick vac like the Dyson.
