At temperatures down to the low 30's the heat pump handles my needs fine. Lower than that we use the fireplaces in the evening and the furnace overnight.

Got mine at local RV dealer. My unit has Dexter axles as do a lot of trailers. EZ-lube axles have a different seal but any dealer should have it.
