Honestly I'm not an expert. I just read the threads and posted what I experienced. I suggest following all the suggestions starting with the easiest then going from there. Hope this helps

Honestly I believe the problem is with the spring valve. The pump was barely pulling but once I pressed the valve in with the screen filter it worked perfectly.
