I put a bounce dryer sheet on a Swiffer Mop wet the window and scrub . Bugs come off easy, then follow up with a car wash brush and rinse.

New trucks sit with a rake to the rear. When loaded , that should compensate for the difference in rear height. You should be level when on the overload spring.

The place I bought them had other heavier ones but they advised against due to the weight and how fender liners attach.
Been happy so far.
