I have done what AZ Traveler suggests, the cables are fine, but maybe the inserter is not sending the signal to search, although there is voltage to the antenna

Called winegard and the voltage is fine, the problem must be in the antenna itself, but I am curious, if the inserter was not working, how would the antenna know what satelite to searh for????

Had the same problem on my 2017 293 RK. Found the valve under the sink in the bathroom, I removed the guts of the valve and sealed the top of the valve. works fine
