No idea what the "HM" is except maybe HighCountry Montana

381 is most likely a rounded up...

When lowering, be sure to continue to hold the button and let the motors limit out. This keeps them in sync and raise equally when it's time to lift again.

It doesn't have electric start. But like you, I don't plan on using it...
