The "Tow Max" tires are commonly referred to as "Blow Max". If they are the original, they are too old to run. Even if current, replace them ASAP as Bob recommends.

I don't have a WFCO inveter so I am not sure what yours looks like. Here is the manual for a WFCO 5100 series inverter. Page #9 has some things to check.

As I recall they use a Serrated Flange Bolt and a Flange Nut. We had to loosen the nut, not the bolt, when we did it. Of course, the nut is on the back side. An impact driver is highly recommended....
