We are using ROTO-CHOCKS. Great product and only sold by the manufacturer @ https://www.rotochok.com/. They are great folks to deal with. They even "threw in" a pair of handles for the front jacks.

I had the same problem but the fix was simple. One of the wire nuts connecting the motor to the switch wasn't screwed on properly and the wires weren't making contact.
