Yes ours is an early 2018 , it seems 2017- 2018 might have been the time frame for this issue.
They said at the National Rally there’s a new/ improved gear box.

Just an FYI the Montana’s with a cable slide are prone to the same issue as the High County.
Overfilled gear box leaking onto roof membrane and causing membrane to bubble.
Ours is in for repair...

Yep it happens, lost a boat trailer tire on the first trip out brand new. Same thing sheared the studs.
Nothing like seeing your tire and wheel bouncing down the ditch in front of you!

We bought the 17” and it’s great for the 2 of us.
It takes a little getting use to due to a little uneven heating but that works for moving food...
