Pop up power tower is kaput!

The USB plugs on the pop up plug on my kitchen table no longer works. The regular plugs are okay. I have looked and see no way to repair/replace without tearing off a board. Any other ideas?

I have never used Progressive’s Roadside Assistance but I totaled a 5er a couple of years ago and could not hope for a more professional and fair treatment from an insurance company.
