we have new montana and we had a dish installed on the roof. when we are only going to stay somewhere only a few days, can we use the cable hookup even though we are set up for dish?

we have a new 3400RL. We stored it in April and when we went by to check it we found the slides out. Batteries we disconnected but i did not turn off the hydraulics. didn't think i had to. ...
