Black water tank valve

we tried to dump the black water and the handle from the valve broke off, does anybody know how to repair this?
We have a 3611RL 2015 Montana 5th wheel.

Finally the furnace is fixed. It was at the dealership,there was a "limit switch/air flow issue, they had to replace the "limit switch". At least it works now!

We purchased this 5th wheel 2nd hand and don't know how to empty the fresh water tank, did not find anything in the manual.
