Water coming from beneath camper after rain

Broken frame on 2016HC
Any one had the frame on their fifth wheel crack and bend? Both sides at the shackles are broken and bent 2016 Montana High Country. No accidents. Any advice? Thanks

3Frayed cables
Our 2016 HC 305RL has 3 frayed cables on slides. Looks like they are rubbing the frame. Have you had other frayed cable issues?
