Water spots on decals

Our black decals on our Montana have water spots that just wouldn’t come out with rubbing compounds, cleaners or polishes. Any suggestions? These are rain/snow water spots not coming from water...

Last fall we waxed our 293RK with a wax that was on all the threads in the forum. It came in an orange bottle from Wal-Mart. The side that was south facing oxidized horribly. Shadows of the structure...

Have a 2016 High Country 293RK. Can anyone tell me the description labels on the breaker box for the various plugs? Who ever wrote out the descriptions was from another planet or a doctor. CAN'T READ...
