KITCHEN TAP ACTING UP

I HAVE A 3650 RK AND THE KITCHEN TAP PRESSURE IS NEVER QUIT RIGHT. THE DEALERS CANNOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT BECAUSE WHEN THEY CHECK IT IT WORKS FINE. WE HAVE TO LEAVE THE THE TAP RUNNING 24/7...
