I have a 2006 f350 with a factory brake controller. I have been getting trailer fault messages when I hit the brakes. With it hooked to the truck I get brakes when just manually using the controller....

12 volt question

after camping all week hooked up to a 30 amp outlet with no problems i hooked up the trailer to leave and went to dump nothing in the trailer that ran on 12 volt worked. No lights, no water tank...

Be sure to pay close attention when the dealer gives you the walk around. Don't rely on reading the owners manual because it doesn't pertain to just your particular trailer it is a general saftey...
