Our 307 RKD leaked at the back of the slide, in a very hard rain water would literally pour in. Get a water hose to test and a roll of 6" wide eternabond and you'll find it.

I used bridgestone duravis tires and had chunks the size of BB's come out of the tread on the drive tires when hauling the monte. My last set was Nitto Dura Grapplers, and I'll likely buy them again.
