Wish I could tell you to go to Dish Network, but in reality it's no different with them either. Talk to several different reps and get several different answers. Frustrating to say the least.

You made the right choice on the Traveler. We have one and it is an excellent product. Just make sure when you check into the CG's that you tell them you have Direct and they will put you in an area...
