If this is a new unit, there are flow restriction devices in the lines at the fittings that more than likely are plugged from foreign material in the lines. I have removed all of the flow restriction...

When turning the propane tanks on you need to do it slowly, if turned on too fast the safety valve will shut it off. Try turning off and back on slowly and your problem may be solved

Check to make sure the horizontal flap covers the vertical flap. These are the wipe flaps that are visible on the outside and sometimes need to be adjusted after opening the slides.

Yes, tank is at the rear and should be one hose to drain fresh water. The other two should be one red and one blue for hot and cold lines and they are your low point drains for draining the system...

Suggest you try towing without the full tank of water, normally a sway condition is created by too little pin weight and the fresh water tank is probably at the rear of your unit.

We have a 3100 (same model) and have NEVER had clothes fall off the rod, only difference I am aware of is the 18 has a different suspension and pin box. You may not have enough pin weight causing...

The battery disconnect should not have any effect on shore power voltage. Check to see if you have voltage through the power cord......then at the breaker. I can't imagine that it would be anything...

Could be breaker, make sure you are getting voltage to the breaker.......may also be coach wiring between your cord and breaker. Also, another possibility is a bad input plug or connection. Good luck.
